“I was happy to renew my policy ,but disappointed that i wasn't told that it does not renew automatically. i tried on line to renew but couldn't get it to work so i had to start a new policy .so i said i will take the new 15months offer ,but was told can only do on line (which i was having problems with ) so paid extra for new policy . think a paper reminder might have been better ,”

“Our multiple car policy is useful, but the documents aren't helpful- there is no reassurance that the cars needn't all be driven by the policyholder, nor that the mobile number for contact may be changed when a brakdown call is made, according to who is driving, plus there was no reminder on renewal, of the level of cover being renewed, preferably as bullet points rather than a dense policy document- this could usefullly be overhauled with the customer's needs in mind.”

“Not really. Should have been contacted b4 expiry of my policy. Been with you long time rang before saying i want to continue when put new car in etc. You know my mobile e mails etc as well. Now i got no details of cover in writing as before taking very long Thanks for all the help”

“It didn't. I tried several times to renew online as I have in the past but after entering my policy number and postcode both which of which were definitely correct, the system failed to take me to the next screen. As I was forced to contact you by telephone I made the decision to downgrade my cover to the next level down. The lady who took my call, Kavelle was polite and efficient and my gripe bares no reflection on her at all.”
