Excellent product however took forever to speak to someone on renewal. Was on hold 1 1/2 hours first time I tried and gave up. Left for a week and tried again, thankfully Sam answered after about 20 mins as the website was unavailable to sort out query. I also left an message on website for contact, with no response.

Reasonable value for money especially compared to the larger breakdown services which charge more. Using local services is a bit hit and miss regarding response times but I guess it keep prices down

Not had to use the service in 2020/2021 up to now. Glad the charge has not gone up from last year + point.

A good service overall. Pleased that you don't try to massively increase prices every year for existing customers, unlike other operators. Which is why we have stayed with you. However, your admin system is a bit weak around renewal time. Fortunately, Antonya was a big help.

Samuel was efficient and helpful on the telephone with my renewal. However, I have tried several times this week to do my renewal on line but it would not recognise my AUT number.

The person I spoke to at AutoNational was polite and professional (Samuel). I have never used Auto National for a breakdown yet (even though I've had the policy for quite a while) so I don't know how good they are at the roadside when I need them. I'm marking down a star as I switched from 2 cars on my policy down to 1 car and reduction in premium was relatively small (about a 7% reduction rather than closer to the 50% I would have expected)

Website was not working, so had to go to phone renewal. When hard of hearing, this is not ideal. Laura got me through, thanks.

When renewing online price came in dearer than quoted on renewal emails. Phoned instead to make payment and was sorted immediately.

Very disappointed that it took me 26 hours (awaiting a call back) .just to pay for my next years premium, up until last year I have actually managed to speak to somebody right away not had to wait for a call back at a time which may not be convenient . I would have renewed online but the price was £8 more for some unknown reason, usually online is cheaper!?! However I have no complaints about Lauren who eventually took my payment.

Friendly and clear service from people spoken to on the phone, 4 stars due to 15 minute wait before I was able to speak to an advisor. My breakdown renewal was easy to complete over the phone and handled efficiently.

I have insured with this company for 4 -possibly 5 years now. I have never had any problems when a call out has been required. Premiums for myself have been consistent and competitive. Staff have always been polite and helpful.
