Sarah was very efficient. However 5 phone calls on 3 different numbers to get through, with very long waits on each, is not acceptable in this instant communication age!!!

it's not nita fault but I could quite understand her. I feel if I was in an emergency I would be worse. she provided what I wanted and I didn't feel pressered.

I was not happy today as I had been sent 2 emails in May to renew online the system would not let me renew I tried to telephone on a couple of occasions and could not get through, Saturday was the last time I tried and was not able to get through, I rang today and was told the interest the government had put on had gone up, even though my quote was dated at the first price. I felt disrespected as I have been a customer for many years gradually adding our cars along the way as my children purchased cars and I thought I was a valued customer, if my car was newer I would have changed the breakdown cover to another provider.

The stars I have given doesnot relate to the young man who dealt with my renewal. I was disappointed that I waited a long time on the phone to speak to someone. I would have prefered to renew on line but there seems to be a problem with your renewal web page. After trying to renew on line several times I had to do it by telephone which took up more of my time. Not good service when you advertise the quickest way to renew is online.

Was not happy you sent me a letter I could renew on line then to be told I could not renew online because of 3 vehicle cover. Poor customer service if you cant be bothered to customise letters to clients policy.

I contacted Auto National to renew my annual fee for 2 cars. After making payment I had to call back because I only received email documentation for one car.

After filling in all my details on GoCompair website I choose Auto National on clicking proceed my web browser Crome warned me that the site secure.autonational.co.uk was an unsafe site. I then had to find your phone contact number and speak with an agent who took all my details and payment over the phone.

rang morning and spoke to a male adviser who advised me wrong so didnt renew policy. Then I rang back and spoke to Elsie who advised me correctly so I renewed with her
