I was happy to renew my policy ,but disappointed that i wasn't told that it does not renew automatically. i tried on line to renew but couldn't get it to work so i had to start a new policy .so i said i will take the new 15months offer ,but was told can only do on line (which i was having problems with ) so paid extra for new policy . think a paper reminder might have been better ,
