“I've not yet had to use the recovery service but it's a good price for the full cover. Today I couldn't renew online though as the premium was more than specified in my renewal email so I had to phone which took more time. Staff are always very helpful though.”

“Pleased to have renewed with Auto National. My only disappointment is that without a printer i cant have a copy in my car which would be useful. Instead I have had to write it out on paper which is poor customer relations. Tell me how does Auto National deal with customers that do not have access to a computer Does the company just reject them? May be its more about making profit than people.”

“I contacted your company very quickly on the telephone and sorted my next years cover . It is very important to me to be able to do this by telephone as I am not confident with on line transactions . Jessica was very helpful .”
