I've not yet had to use the recovery service but it's a good price for the full cover. Today I couldn't renew online though as the premium was more than specified in my renewal email so I had to phone which took more time. Staff are always very helpful though.

Pleased to have renewed with Auto National. My only disappointment is that without a printer i cant have a copy in my car which would be useful. Instead I have had to write it out on paper which is poor customer relations. Tell me how does Auto National deal with customers that do not have access to a computer Does the company just reject them? May be its more about making profit than people.

I contacted your company very quickly on the telephone and sorted my next years cover . It is very important to me to be able to do this by telephone as I am not confident with on line transactions . Jessica was very helpful .
