“Been trying to renew online for a week , tells me 'Oops there's an error , try again later '. Same message for a week . Rang up , gentleman renewed in 2 minutes , pity I'd tried online for a week !!”

“I have been with AutoNational for a number of years. I tried to renew my policy online but there appears to be a problem with this method so I had to contact by telephone. The gentleman in the call centre, Samuel, answered promptly and the renewal process and transaction was completed with efficiency. Thank you”

“Was unable to renew online, called AutoNational and spoke to Amy who was very helpful and provided a first class service and resolved the problem. Still have a great breakdown cover at very reasonable cost.”

“Never had occasion to put the service to the test but sure it would be okay for my basically local needs. Only problem I had when renewing on line was that it quoted a price £5 higher than the renewal quote. Had therefore to renew by phone as online there was no facility for taking discount into account. Dealt with pleasantly and efficiently.”

“I don’t normally give full marks to any survey as I think how ever good a company or experience is, there is always that little something that could have been done better. In this case it was the website that let you down, as for 3 day it came up with Error every time I tried to renew my policy. However in a short 6 min phone call to Sam it was sorted. Very pleased with the service today and over the years I have been with Auto National. Thanks again.”

“I have been a customer for many years and experienced great service. The service I received today on the telephone was very good however my experiences and my partners with the online system for renewals doesn't fill you with confidence when the costs different from the reminder.”
