“Good value recovery service. it's just a pity that I had to call rather than on-line renewal. The on-line cost renewal was significantly higher than the e-mailed cost renewal. The problem was sorted but did take up unnecessary agent's time”

“Called AutoNational this morning to renew my breakdown policy. I didn't have to wait to long to speak to someone. The person I spoke to (Melissa) was very helpful and led me through the renewal process quickly and efficiently.”

“Having tried to renew on line and finding that the cost of doing so was much more than quoted I phoned. Lauren explained there was a computer error and calmly and pleasantly took my payment as originally quoted. Great.”

“Good breakdown cover at an affordable price. Work through a local garage network like Green Flag but generally better quality. Not the best choice if you drive an old banger but value for money if you take care of your car and only callout in extremis. Found them to be helpful and efficient when I've used them.”

“Prompt service when I have needed them for car issues. Spoke to someone on Monday who said I would be called back but wasn’t. However when emailed and followed up with a phone call the was dealt with efficiently.”
