Was expecting a phone back from you on Wednesday 16/06/2021 but this never happened, so I had to phone you again today, that’s why you only have a score of 4 and not 5 not good if you want to keep customers. Also you sent a renewal reminder stating a cost of £72-91 I tried to renew on line but the asking price was stated as £77-91 so that is why I had to phone your office with the query
