“WELL LAUREN WAS OKAY, HAD ALL THE INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR THE RENEWAL PROCESS. I FOUND HER SOME WHAT COOL IN HER ATTITUDE TO THE PROCESS ALTHOUGH SHE HAS GOT THE QUICK SPEAK OFF TO A TEE WHICH IS ADMIRABLE. WHY I AM REQUIRED TO UPLOAD A PHOTO IS BEYOND ME.”

“Checked the policy online link from email for renewal. I was quoted £5 more from the original email. The situation was sorted out on the phone. The assistant was very efficient on the phone. I still feel the amount quoted on the email should mirror the online link”

“Been with 'AN' for quite a time now. They -YOU- have always been efficient, reliable, available (which is particularly good when you're 'broken down' and in desperately in need of attention/help, ...especially as a motorist who doesn't know his gearstick from his windscreen wiper!), immaculate service-wise...AND £CHEAP.
