“I received my email to confirm my policy was renewed however there was no documents attached. Therefore unable to print off policy. Have emailed to ask for it to be sent.”

“Am staying with Auto National because you offer a decent price, but I had cause to call you out a few months ago, and it took almost 5 hours for a mechanic to arrive. Fortunately, it was an at home breakdown, but I still think that was far too long a time to be waiting. Not very impressed”

“I was rather upset, no annoyed, that I could not add another car to a policy which in turn led me to pay an extra £45.00, to take out a another policy. I have been a member for a very long time and this made me consider going to another company, but i have stayed with you. I think it is not only myself that this problem has happened, so I think you should address this problem or you may loose members.”
