“Auto National have always been dependable and served me well. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is that after over a year of telling me to renew online this ought to be sorted by now.”

“Was expecting a phone back from you on Wednesday 16/06/2021 but this never happened, so I had to phone you again today, that’s why you only have a score of 4 and not 5 not good if you want to keep customers. Also you sent a renewal reminder stating a cost of £72-91 I tried to renew on line but the asking price was stated as £77-91 so that is why I had to phone your office with the query”

“We had our renewal through and when i went to renew online it gave me a different (higher) price. Rang Tina at Auto National, she was able to rectify matters and also helped me to add a second car for a 50% discount. Great service, thankyou.”

“When I phoned with my query about policy renewal I was advised that I would need a call-back. This came within a couple of hours of my initial contact, and my query was dealt with politely, calmly and comprehensively by the call handler Daniella, who then followed up quickly with an email to confirm the policy renewal. Very satisfied with the service received.”

“I am perfectly happy with the Autonational breakdown service. However it has been very difficult to get through on the phone recently to renew my breakdown cover (I prefer to phone rather than renew on line). When I did get through, I spoke to Samuel who was very helpful and renewed my cover immediately.”

“Very pleased with Auto National. Disappointed that renewal price emailed is not what is on the online renewal system. This is the second year I have had to phone up and renew.”
